*Fixed serious occlusion culling issues happening in some select areas after the previous patch

*Added a warning to the New Game option on the title menu, reminding players that a new game will wipe old saves

*removed  left click binding on the "Use" key. It was causing too many overlapping menu edge cases

*Fixed a longstanding issue with the "birch tree" spell which would let you use it from a distance and walk forward, triggering the birch tree cutscene at the wrong time
